IMPACT DAY Taekwon-Do Event

Impact Day ot Taekwon-Do Seminars

Saturday 9th October 2010
10am – 4.00pm

Oriel High School
Maidenbower Lane
Maidenbower, Crawley
West Sussex, RH10 7XW

6 hours of seminars conducted by TKD Impact’s senior instructors:
Master Nardizzi 8th Deg., Master Kim Anderson 7th Deg., Mr Russell Dennis 6th Deg.,
Mr Roman Chirtoca 5th Deg., plus more.

Seminars include: Patterns, Competition Sparring, 1 Step Sparring, Defensive Kicks, Stick Defence, Takedowns, Defence against takedowns, Application of kicks, What is TKD, About General Choi, Yoga.
(Recommended for Adults and Children of all grades)

Brighton & Hove Taekwon-Do School Senior Squad Training

Squad training for all yellow tags and above, for 13 years and older. (must have own full sparring equipment)

Training focusing on stamina, pad work and sparring. A 2 hour training session especially for those that want to compete but also for those that just want to improve their fitness, gain more speed and sharpness and improve their overall Taekwon-Do.

Saturday 16th October 4.30- 7.30 pm £9.00

Brighton and Hove Taekwon-Do School Colour Belt Grading

Brighton and Hove Taekwon-Do School Colour Belt Grading

The next Colour Belt Grading is set for 4.45 pm Saturday 13th November at Balfour Junior School, Balfour Road, Brighton. This will be held in the Sports Hall.

You need to return your completed Grading Request Form before the 6th November.

All students should stay until you are dismissed as Master Nardizzi often likes to give a short talk to students after their grading.

For sparring in gradings all Green Belts and above are required for safety reasons to wear full sparring equipment.

4.30-6.30 pm Saturday 2nd October

Stanley Deason Leisure Centre, Wilson Ave, Brighton

Open to all students yellow tag (black stripe) and above 5-12 years. Must have sparring equipment for the training sessions. £8.00

Reward Badges as follows:
Yellow – 1 Squad Training Session
Green – 3 Squads
Blue – 6 Squads + 1 Competition
Red – 9 Squads + 2 Competitions
Black – 12 Squads + 3 Competitions
Gold – For winning one or more Gold Medals in a Competition
