Brighton & Hove Taekwon-Do School Training in Preston Park
All Fridays in August the adults and teens class is run inside of the cycle track in Preston Park
6-7.30 pm
This class is open to those aged 10 years and above for teenagers and adults.
Casual wear; shorts/jogging bottoms & t-shirt.
All belts.
Beginners Welcome.

Brighton & Hove Taekwon-Do Summer School Classes
Don’t Miss Out On Your Training Over The Summer Hols
During the summer holidays there are morning Summer School classes for those aged 5-11 years, who want to maintain their training or even do extra training to improve their Taekwon-Do and their fitness levels.
These classes will be Tuesday and Thursday mornings 10-12 on the following dates:
10th, 12th, 17th, 19th August.
Knoyle Hall, Knoyle Road, Brighton
This is available to all students aged 5-11 years.
Cost will be either £8.00 per session paid on the day
or £14.00 for any two sessions pre booked and paid by the end of July,
or £25.00 for all four sessions pre booked and paid by the end of July.

On one of the days we will arrange to go into Preston Park for the afternoon to play rounders and other games. On this day the child should bring a packed lunch. Under 10 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the park activities. I will notify students the session before of the intention to go to the park. This will of course be weather permitting

Squad training for all yellow tags and above, for 13 years and older. ( Must have own sparring equipment)
Training focusing on stamina, pad work and sparring. A 3 hour training session especially for those that want to compete but also for those that just want to improve their fitness, gain more speed and sharpness and improve their overall Taekwon-Do.
The first 2 hours hard squad training followed by 1 hour focusing on competition sparring rounds.

The next Colour Belt Grading is set for 5.45pm Saturday 18th September at Balfour Junior School, Balfour Road, Brighton. This will be held in the Sports Hall.
You need to return your completed Grading Request Form before the 3rd July.
All students should stay until you are dismissed as Master Nardizzi often likes to give a short talk to students after their grading.
For sparring in gradings all Green Belts and above are required for safety reasons to wear full sparring equipment.
