In Navy with the Taekwon-Do “Tree” on the back and an individual Brighton and Hove logo on the front showing Taekwon-Do in Korean.

Availbale in small, medium, large and extra large.

£12.00 each

Brighton and Hove Taekwon-Do School Colour Belt Grading

The next Colour Belt Grading is set for 3.45 pm Saturday 6^th March at Balfour Junior School, Balfour Road, Brighton. This will be held in the Sports Hall.
You need to return your completed Grading Request Form before the 27^th February.

All students should stay untill you are dismissed as Master Nardizzi often likes to give a short talk to students after their grading.

For sparring in gradings all Green Belts and above are required for safety reasons to wear full sparring equipment.

Brighton & Hove Taekwon-Do Senior Squad Training

Senior Squad Training run by Miss Avramides 1st Degree

Squad training for all yellow tags and above, for 14 years and older.

Participants must have full sparring equipment.
Training focusing on stamina, pad work and sparring. A 2 hour training session especially for those that want to compete but also for those that just want to improve their fitness, gain more speed and sharpness and improve their overall Taekwon-Do.

Saturday 13th March 4.30-6.30 pm £9.00

Brighton & Hove Taekwon-Do Saturday Morning Children’s Academy Class

Brighton and Hove Taekwon-Do Children’s Academy Classes on a Saturday Morning

Running every Saturday Morning for children aged 5-12 years.

9.30-10.30 for beginners, white belts, yellow tags.

9.30-11.00 for yellow belts and above.

This class is run every saturday morning at Stanley Deason Leisure Centre, Wilson Ave, Brighton

This really excellent class helps to develop your child’s Taekwon-Do skills and prepare them for their grading. Can be taken every week as a stand alone class or done occaissionally along with your other weekly class just to boost your progression. In the class evry aspect of Taekwon-Do is taught, all the grading syllabus, along with developing sparring, flying techniques and self defence. The class will also be great for furthering a child’s fitness and help develop them and prepare them if they ever wish to enter competitions.
