Seminars include: Patterns, Sparring, Special Technique, Self Defence, Ground fighting, Tenets of Taekwon-Do, Dealing with Conflicts, Theory of Power, and Pilates.

Junior Squad Training

Junior Squad training for all yellow tags and above aged 13 years and below.
Training focusing on stamina, pad work and sparring. A 2 hour training session especially for those that want to compete but also for those that just want to improve their fitness, gain more speed and sharpness. Will finish with a session on special technique, flying side kick and flying high kick.

The next Colour Belt Grading is set for 4.45 pm Saturday 14th November at Stanley Deason Leisure Centre. This will be held in the “Main Hall”.
You need to return your completed Grading Request Form before the 7th November.
All students should stay untill you are dismissed as Master Nardizzi often likes to give a short talk to students after their grading.
For sparring in gradings all Green Belts and above are required for safety reasons to wear full sparring equipment.
