Junior Squad Training

Junior Squad training for all yellow tags and above aged 13 years and below.

Training focusing on stamina, pad work and sparring. A 2 hour training session especially for those that want to compete but also for those that just want to improve their fitness, gain more speed and sharpness. Will finish with a session on special technique, flying side kick and flying high kick.

Saturday 11th July, 4.30-6.30 pm £7.50
